Kensington Oval, Bridgetown
"The Mecca" of cricket for all cricket fans in Barbados and one of the must-visit venues in the West Indies due its importance and history. Cricket was first played here in 1882, with the first Test match played in 1930 - a draw between the West Indies and England. Redeveloped for the 2007 ICC World Cup and host of the 2007 final, the Kensington Oval was also the host venue for the 2010 ICC World T20 where England beat Australia. The home ground of the Barbados Pride and the CPL's Barbados Tridents.
