Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium, Gros Islet, St. Lucia
Previously known as the Beausejour Ground, it was renamed the Daren Sammy Stadium in July 2016 in honour of the WINDIES captain who led the team to memorable victories in both the 2012 and 2016 ICC World T20 . Built in 2002 and now with a capacity of 13,000, it is the home of the St Lucia Stars in the CPL. In 2006, the stadium hosted the first ever day/night ODI in the West Indies after becoming the first stadium in the region to install floodlighting. Due to host three games against England the 2019 International Home Series: the 3rd Test, 5th ODI and the 1st T20I.
