TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CWI only provides refunds where the match is cancelled or an official result is not declared due to the weather. However CWI’s Windies Tickets service provides the opportunity for ticket holders to purchase a Refundable Booking when buying their tickets online.
Refundable Bookings allow you to be refunded for non-attendance at a ticketed match due to specified unforeseen circumstances. See broad list of circumstances HERE.
