Matthew Nandu
A solid opener he has impressed at all levels he has played so far, including club cricket in Guyana and semi-professional level Canada. He scored a century in the Cricket West Indies (CWI) High Performance Camp in Antigua. He also played well on the tour of England and the home series against South Africa. He models himself on his mentor Shiv Chanderpaul with a solid technique and scoring strokes mostly square of the wicket. His father Arjune Nandu is a former West Indies U19 ad Guyana batsman.
