West Indies vs New Zealand ODIs in Barbados

Cricket West Indies (CWI) wishes to advise all patrons who purchased tickets for the One-Day International matches between the West Indies and New Zealand at Kensington Oval, that following the decision to offer free admission in honour of the late Sir Garfield Sobers, ticket refunds will be processed as follows:

• Online Purchases: All tickets purchased online will be automatically refunded to the original method of payment within seven (7) business days following the conclusion of the two matches. Patrons are not required to take any further action.
• Box Office Purchases: Patrons who purchased tickets at the Kensington Oval Box Office may collect their refunds in person at the Box Office on:
  • Wednesday, July 22 – 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Thursday, July 23 – 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Patrons seeking refunds for box office purchases are kindly asked to present their original ticket(s) or proof of purchase, where applicable, to facilitate the refund process.
