Cricket West Indies (CWI) is seeking an ambitious, technically excellent partner to supply official kit across all West Indies representative teams and formats, and to grow a fan merchandise and retail programme that reflects the global reach of the West Indies brand.

At its core, this is a kit supply partnership. The selected partner will design, manufacture, and deliver bespoke playing, training, travel, and leisure apparel for all West Indies squads across every format and competition. We expect a partner that brings genuine technical excellence, a distinctive design approach that honors the heritage of West Indies cricket, and the operational capability to service a multi-island Caribbean market reliably and at pace.

Beyond the kit, this partnership represents a significant and growing commercial opportunity. CWI has grown its merchandise programme significantly in recent years, and we are seeking a partner with the ambition and infrastructure to take it further across the Caribbean, and into key diaspora markets through wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.

1. Does the RFP cover official merchandise only, official playing kits only, or both player apparel and merchandise?
   The RFP covers both official playing kit and replica fan merchandise
   
2. If the scope includes player kits, could you please share the estimated annual requirement for apparel across all categories, including match kits, training wear, travel wear, caps, and accessories?
   The estimated annual playing kit requirement is $450K USD on average
   
3. What are the approximate annual volumes for player and staff kit across all representative teams?
   The approximate annual volume for kit requirements across all teams and support staff is 16,000
   
4. What is the intended commercial structure for supplying apparel across Cricket West Indies’ representative teams?
   Respondents are invited to propose a commercial framework in line with industry standards and their organization's specific operating practices.
   
5. What is the proposed contract duration for the successful supplier?
   A maximum of 4 years
   
6. Will Cricket West Indies provide the official design assets, branding guidelines, and approved sponsor logos, or will the selected supplier be expected to undertake design development and sampling as part of the agreement?
   CWI will provide all our design assets to include brand guidelines, logos, pantone colors and any applicable approved sponsor logos
   
7. Would Cricket West Indies consider a proposal whereby the successful partner provides the official playing and training apparel for the West Indies Men’s Test, ODI, and T20I teams as part of the strategic partnership, while apparel for the Women’s teams, U19 teams, Academy, Development Squads, and Support Staff is supplied under a preferential commercial pricing arrangement? Or is CWI’s expectation that the successful partner provides apparel for all?
