Cricket West Indies (CWI) is seeking a visionary, technology-powered partner to design and implement a state-of-the-art, integrated ticketing and accreditation solution for 2026-2028.

This strategic initiative is central to our commitment to enhance commercial revenues through digital-first platforms. Our goal is to create a fan-first and highly intuitive solution that simplifies the ticketing experience for fans and maximizes the revenue capacity for West Indies international home series matches and regional tournaments.

We are inviting proposals from qualified vendors with experience in the sports industry to deliver a secure, scalable and user-friendly ticketing platform. This project represents a significant opportunity, with estimated ticket revenues of US$8–10 million over the term, and is vital to building the long-term sustainability of West Indies cricket.
