Cricket West Indies owes much of its leadership and development to its Board of Directors. Our Board is made up of 18 dedicated professionals who meet at least four times a year to discuss the affairs of cricket in the West Indies, to seek policy advice as well as consider recommendations from its Committees and Executive Management. The Board represents a unique and diverse mix of professional skills which include banking, finance, sports administration, regional integration, business & commerce, insurance, accounting, medicine, tourism and sports administration to help further the mission of the organisation.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dr. Kishore Shallow, President- Dr. Shallow is the President of Cricket West Indies Inc. Dr. Shallow has served as the CARICOM Youth Ambassador for St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) and is currently the Chairman of the SVG Young Professionals Association. A Management Information Systems Consultant, Dr. Shallow is credited with heading the Selection Review Task Force which formally documented CWI's selection policy, for the first time. More recently, he headed a group which comprehensively reviewed CWI's Franchise System.

Mr. Azim Bassarath, Vice President - Mr. Bassarath is the Vice President of Cricket West Indies. He is also the President of the Trinidad & Tobago Cricket Board. Mr. Bassarath is a veteran cricket administrator with over 30 years' experience in cricket administration. A former member of the umpiring fraternity, Mr. Bassarath is the immediate former Chair of the Officiating & Venue Standards Committee.

Mr. Wilford Heaven, Member Director, Jamaica Cricket Association - Mr. Heaven is the President of the Jamaica Cricket Association. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the CHASE Fund in Jamaica for the past fifteen (15) years. The CHASE fund provides funding for culture, health, arts, sports and early childhood education.

Dr. Donovan Bennett, Member Director, Jamaica Cricket Association - Dr. Bennett is the First Vice-President of the Jamaica Cricket Association (JCA). He is a Medical doctor with over forty-five (45) years’ experience. He has been involved in cricket youth development programmes for more than thirty (30) years. Dr. Bennett is also the President of the Treasure Beach Sports Club which runs weekend programmes for teenagers.

Mr. Enoch Lewis, Member Director, Leeward Islands Cricket Board - Mr. Lewis is the President of the Leeward Islands Cricket Board. A retired career banker, he is a former Leeward Islands opening batsman with a playing career that spanned 1975 to 1986. Mr. Lewis is an experienced and well respected cricket administrator.

Mr. Leon "Kuma" Rodney, Member Director, Leeward Islands Cricket Board- Mr. Rodney is the current President of the Antigua and Barbuda Cricket Association (ABCA). He is a former banker with a diverse professional profile which includes cricket administration, leisure, travel and tourism. Also an entrepreneur, he is a qualified cricket coach with a particular passion for the advancement of women's cricket.

Mr. Conde’ Riley MBE, Member Director, Barbados Cricket Association - Mr. Riley is the President of the Barbados Cricket Association. He is a retired investment banker. Mr. Riley is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Enterprise Growth Fund Ltd in Barbados, a Fund established by the Government of Barbados to provide venture capital to Small and Medium Size Enterprises (S&MEs).

Mr. Jason King, Member Director, Barbados Cricket Association - Mr. King is a chartered accountant by profession and has specialized in all areas of taxation for more than 20 years. Now an independent consultant, he was previously the Group Tax Manager for a large energy company in the Caribbean region and a tax consultant with the Barbados Revenue Authority. Additionally, he spent several years with a professional services firm in Barbados, focusing on direct and indirect tax compliance and providing tax solutions to local, regional and international clients. He is a fellow and practising member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados and currently serves as Chairman of its Taxation Committee.  He is also a member of the Certified Professional Accountants Association of Canada, the Certified Professional Accountants Association of British Columbia and the International Fiscal Association.

Bissoondyal Singh, Member Director, Guyana Cricket Board - Mr. Singh is the President of the Guyana Cricket Board. He is a successful businessman and experienced sports administrator with a deep love for the game of cricket. Mr. Singh is one of six commissioners for the National Sports Commission in his native, Guyana.

Deleep Singh, Member Director, Guyana Cricket Board - Mr. Singh's profile includes serving in prominent positions in religious educational and social organisations including the Sanatan Dharm Par Upkaaric Sabha, Shri Sookdeojie Ashram, Charity Development Committee and Guyana School of Agriculture (GSA) where earlier as a student he earned a diploma with distinction.Also a graduate of the Lousianna State University (USA), Mr. Singh is currently the proprietor of WD’S hotel & Mall at Charity. He is an astute businessman who is involved in large-scale coconut, cattle and rice farming and gold mining.

Mr. Dwain Gill, Member Director, Windward Islands Cricket Board of Control - Mr. Gill is the President of the Windward Islands Cricket Board. He is a Grenadian and is employed as a Lecturer at the T.A. Marryshow Community College. Mr. Gill has almost two decades of experience in sports administration. Most notably he has served as the Manager of the St. Lucia Zouks/Star Team, the West Indies A Team, and the World Champion West Indies U19 Team. Mr. Gill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration.

Mr. Clement Marcellin, Member Director, Windward Islands Cricket Board of Control - Mr. Marcellin presently serves as the President of the Dominica Cricket Association (DCA) and Vice President at the Windward Islands Cricket Board. Over the last decade, he has served in various administrative positions at the DCA to include first vice president, second vice president and member. Mr. Marcellin has also served in the Dominican Legislature as a Senator in the official Opposition and is a Project Manager by profession. He is experienced as a Business Development Officer and serves as an adjunct lecturer at the University of the West Indies Open Campus Dominica.

Mr. Arjoon Ramlal, Member Director, Trinidad & Tobago Cricket Board - Mr. Ramlal is the First Vice President of the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board. Mr. Ramlal is a retired School’s Supervisor and has decades of experience in cricket administration.

Mr. Kerwin John, Member Director, Trinidad & Tobago Cricket Board - Mr. John has been the President of the Tobago Cricket Board from 2014 to present and had been an executive member of the Trinidad & Tobago Cricket Board (TTCB) from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, he elevated to the post of Second Vice President of the TTCB. Mr. John is an experienced cricket administrator who is particularly passionate about youth cricket.

Ms. Diann Campbell, Non-Member Director - Ms. Campbell is veteran administrator with nearly three (3) decades of experience in cricket administration and over (15) fifteen years of experience in corporate governance and organizational development, Ms. Campbell holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Politics. Her professional skills include policy development, change management, strategic planning, team building and leadership and facilitation.

Mrs. Debra Coryat-Patton, Non-Member Director - Mrs. Coryat-Patton is an Attorney- at- Law in Trinidad & Tobago with over a decade of experience. Specifically, she has expertise in Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law and Diplomatic Protocol. A holder of a master’s degree in Law, Mrs. Coryat-Patton also works with the Office of the Campus Registrar, Legal Unit, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, and with the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Mr. Patrick "Hallam" Nichols, Non-Member Director - Mr. Nichols is an accomplished Barbadian entrepreneur with over forty years’ experience in infrastructure planning and construction, commercial sales and procurement, entertainment and sports management. Mr. Nichols now offers most days to advancing projects and promoting the interest of regional development.

Mrs. Louise Victor-Frederick, Non-Member Director - Mrs. Victor-Frederick is an experienced St. Lucian branding and communications strategist and Chevening scholar who holds a master’s degree in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is the Corporate Affairs Manager at Heineken Saint Lucia and also serves as a Director of the Saint Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture.
