Could you clarify the extent of
the built-in advertising network, including the types of targeted content and
sponsorship opportunities expected on the platform?
Cricket West Indies (CWI) aims to leverage a comprehensive built-in advertising network to enhance revenue and engagement. This network will include various types of targeted content and sponsorship opportunities, such as:

Display Ads: Banner ads and sidebars on the website and app, targeting specific user demographics.

Sponsored Content: Articles, videos, and social media posts featuring sponsors.

Client
Relations

This data can be provided upon
request
Streaming Are you also looking for a VOD
and Streaming partner? Is this included or as a separate RFP?
A VOD and streaming partner
would be assessed as a separate RFP
Ownership Release of ownership.
As explained previously, we have a software as a service model where we
develop websites and apps for clients using our backend CMS system Clubcast,
typically over a 3 year contract. This helps to reduce upfront costs and provides
ongoing development, support and hosting for the term of the contract. In
this case, CWI would own the designs and all content of the website and apps
but ownership of the underlying CMS system (Clubcast) would remain with Other
Media. Just checking that this is acceptable for your Release of Ownership
clause.
We are open to this arrangement. CWI owning the designs and all content of the website and apps, while the underlying CMS system (Clubcast) remains with Other Media, is acceptable. This approach aligns with our goals and helps manage costs effectively.
Copywriting Would you need any copywriting? Yes, we will require copywriting
support/services
Content Would you need any original or
stock videography or photography?
We have access to a historical video archive in Imagen and already have access to a wide range of stock images. Meetings Will there be a
pre-bid meeting or Q&A session for interested vendors? If yes, could you
share the details for participation?
No, but we will have meetings
with shortlisted vendors following bid submissions

there any additional contractual terms or compliance requirements we should
be aware of?
No further
contractual terms at this time
