Trinidad and Tobago Under-23 to tour South Africa

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad -- Allrounder Kjorn Ottley has been named to lead a Trinidad and Tobago Under-23 developmental team on a two-week tour of South Africa. Ottley recently represented the Combined Campus and Colleges (CCC) in the West Indies Cricket Board President’s Cup in Guyana last month and played well.
 
The team will leave Port-of-Spain on Tuesday evening and will be guests of the East Rhand Cricket Academy which toured Trinidad earlier this year. While in South Africa, the Trinbagonians will play a series matches against top academies, including four 50-over matches and two two-day fixtures.
 
The 15-member squad includes several talented players, among them former Trinidad and Tobago and West Indies Under-15 captain and wicket-keeper Steven Katwaroo, Under-19 leg-spinner Kissoondath Magram, Premier Cricket League prolific run-getter Nicholas Sookdeosingh and left-arm spinner Dane Teelucksingh.
