Bishoo makes Test debut, Windies bat first
Georgetown, Guyana, CMC – West Indies won the toss and chose to bat on the opening day of the first Digicel Test against Pakistan on Thursday at the Guyana National Stadium.
Leg-spinner Devendra Bishoo will make his debut for West Indies, becoming the 289th player to wear the treasured maroon cap. Wicketkeeper/batsman Mohammad Salman will also make his Test debut for Pakistan.
West Indies have never lost a Test series against Pakistan on home soil.
