Edwards takes 5-73, WI need 281 to win
Bridgetown, Barbados – India declared their second innings at 269 for six wickets, setting the West Indies 281 for victory on the fifth and final morning of the Second Digicel Test match at Kensington Oval.
The visitors started the day on 229-3 and added 40 runs in an hour and 15 minutes. VVS Laxman topscored with 87 to follow-up his first innings 85. He eventually fell caught at slip by skipper Darren Sammy off Fidel Edwards, who took all three wickets to fall in the session to end with five for 76 from 23 overs.
