COLOMBO, Sri Lanka – For the second year in a row, a West Indian spin bowler has won the International Cricket Council’s Emerging Cricketer of the Year award. Colombo, Sri Lanka - West Indies Stafanie Taylor has been named the ICC Women’s ODI Cricketer of the Year at the LG ICC Awards in Colombo. During the voting period Taylor played in 13 ODIs for the West Indies scoring 514 runs at the top of the order at average of 46.72, while the off-spinner also claimed 16 wickets at an average of 13.12.
