FLORIDA, United States - President of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB), Dave Cameron, has reminded that some 60 players are to receive retainer contracts in the New Year as part of the Caribbean Premier League licensing arrangement.

Gunn ready to fire for England

BRIDGETOWN, Barbados -- Jenny Gunn believes the fresh faces in England Women’s squad will make a name for themselves during the tour of the West Indies.

With bowlers Anya Shrubsole and Katherine Brunt among those missing through injury, 22-year-old Kate Cross and Beth Langston, 21, have been selected for the Twenty20 Tri-Series - against West Indies and New Zealand - and the three-match one-day international rubber versus the hosts.

Colvin is with the England Women’s squad that will face West Indies and New Zealand in a Twenty20 tri-series before tackling the former in a three-match 50-over rubber.

They kick off their campaign in the three-team contest tonight when taking on the White Ferns.
