WICB to launch Lifestyle programme

St John’s, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board is preparing to launch a Player Lifestyle Development (PLD) programme which will be geared towards developing well rounded cricketers at all levels.

LONDON, ENGLAND - West Indies cricket team captain Darren Sammy, in an interview on the CricInfo website, admitted that he is aiming to guide his teammates through the challenges which await them in forthcoming international series.

ABCA set to day three-day squad

St. John’s Antigua- Antigua & Barbuda Cricket Association (ABCA) Secretary Martin Cave said a squad is yet to be assembled to start training for next month’s Leeward Islands Three-Day Tournament.

Cave said the ABCA has however asked each member clubs to ensure all players are physically fit ahead of possible selection on the national senior side.

Siddle, Pattinson to miss last Test

PORT OF SPAIN, TRINIDAD - Australian fast bowlers Peter Siddle and James Pattinson have been ruled out of next week's final Test against West Indies and will return home immediately because of back pain.
