Gros Islet, St Lucia – Two legends of West Indies cricket have hailed Windward Islands captain Darren Sammy for the gesture of withdrawing an appeal at the end of last Friday night’s Caribbean T20 match against Guyana.

President Hunte thanks St. Lucian public

GROS-ISLET, St. Lucia – President of the West Indies Cricket Board Dr. Julian Hunte has thanked the cricket loving public of St Lucia for their tremendous support of the recently concluded Caribbean Twenty20 Tournament.

WICB rejects Grenada’s change of venue

ST.GEORGE’S, Grenada - The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) has rejected a request from the Grenada Cricket Association (GCA) for a possible change in venue for next month’s three One Day international matches between Zimbabwe and West Indies carded for Grenada.

Race for top three spots on in CT20

Gros Islet, St Lucia – At the end of the action-packed first phase of the Caribbean T20 at Queens Park Oval, defending champions Trinidad and Tobago lead the points table.

The Trinis played unbeaten at home to record three wins and a no-result due to a wash-out, and stand top of the charts with 13 points.
