Windwards bat first to go top

Bridgetown, Barbados - The Windward Islands won the toss and chose to bat first against neighbours, Leeward Islands in a match that, if won, could see them rise above Group A leaders, Trinidad and Tobago, into first place.

Under lights at the Kensington Oval, Darren Sammy's men will aim to add more misery on the Leeward Islands' Caribbean Twenty20 2012 campaign with the latter yet to register a point in the tournament.
