Anisa chasing 100 ODI wickets

 

BASSETERRE, St Kitts, CMC – Talismanic West Indies Women off-spinner Anisa Mohammed will be targeting 100 wickets when the opening One-Day International against South Africa bowls off here Monday.

 

Mohammed has eyes on 100th ODI wicket

Basseterre, St Kitts – Anisa Mohammed will be on a major mission when she lines up for West Indies Women against South Africa Women in the five-match One-Day International Series, which bowls off on Monday.

First ball in the opening match at Warner Park is 9:30 am (8:30 am Jamaica Time).

Knight sisters in Windies squad for WC

Bridgetown, Barbados – Kyshona Knight will join her twin sister Kycia in the West Indies Women’s team for the ICC Women’s World Cup in India later this month.

Kyshona, a left-handed batter and right-arm seamer, is the only newcomer in the 15-member squad which was unveiled on Thursday.

New Zealand name strong squad

AUCKLAND, New Zealand – New Zealand have recalled the experienced Sophie Devine and the talented Kate Broadmore, to a 15-member squad announced New Year’s Day for this month’s ICC World Cup in India.

Opener Suzie Bates will again captain the Black Caps who were losing finalists at the last Women’s World Cup in Australia four years ago.
