Windies Women squads announced

KINGSTON, Jamaica –  The WICB Selection Panel on Wednesday announced the squads for the West Indies Women’s upcoming assignments – the three-match ODI Series at Sabina Park, Jamaica and the tri-nation Twenty20 Series at Kensington Oval in Barbados.

Kingston, Jamaica - New Zealand's Women's cricket coach, Katrina Keenan, said after taking the off-season to rebuild and prepare, they are looking forward to a rematch with West Indies Women.

Kingston, Jamaica – New Zealand women’s cricket team arrived in Jamaica on Tuesday  for what their coach Katrina Keenan believes will be a tough series against West Indies Women.

Keenan, who said “women’s cricket is getting very competitive internationally” believes the series in the Caribbean, which includes One-Day International against the West Indies and a Twenty20 Series with West Indies and England, will come down to the team that prepared the best.

KINGSTON, Jamaica – World-record holder Deandra Dottin has set herself a target of scoring most runs in the upcoming One-Day International Series against New Zealand. The seven-match series starts at Sabina Park in Jamaica on Sunday. First ball is 9 am (10 am Eastern Caribbean Time).
