Bridgetown, Barbados, CMC – West Indies won the toss and chose to field in the fourth One-day International against Pakistan on Monday at Kensington Oval.

Bridgetown, Barbados–West Indies will be aiming to “pull one back” against Pakistan when the two teams meet in the Fourth Digicel One Day International on Monday. The Windies trail 0-3 in the five-match Digicel Series and need a confidence booster.

Captain Darren Sammy outlined key areas his side will be paying close attention to as they enter the contest.

First ball at the historic Kensington Oval is 9.30 am (8.30 am Jamaica Time).

Under-19s return home to cheers

Bridgetown, Barbados – The West Indies Under-19 cricketers returned home on Saturday afternoon following a successful series against Australia Under-19s in Dubai.

The Windies defeated the Aussies 2-1 in the three-match One-Day Series, and also had a four-wicket win in the three-day match played at the Global Cricket Academy.

On arrival at Barbados’ Grantley Adams International Airport, the players were greeted with cheers and hugs by family members, well-wishers and local cricket supporters.

Bridgetown, Barbados – “This was an experience to cherish, and I’m so grateful to be here,” said West Indies bowler, Andre Russell, after spending Saturday morning playing cricket with Barbados’ Special Olympics athletes.

Sarwan replaces Smith for 4th Digicel ODI

Bridgetown, Barbados– The WICB Selection Committee has announced one change to the West Indies 13 man squad for the 4th Digicel One Day International against Pakistan.

Ramnaresh Sarwan has replaced Devon Smith in the squad which is down 0-3 in the five match Digicel Series.

The 30 year old Sarwan has featured in 166 One Day Internationals and has four centuries and 35 fifties.
