CEO says the fight with WIPA is over

KINGSTON, Jamaica - Recently appointed Chief Executive Officer of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) Michael Muirhead has declared an end to the once turbulent relationship between WICB and the West Indies Players Association (WIPA).

GROS ISLET, St Lucia, CMC – Guyana held off Windward Islands to win a nerve-jangling encounter off the last ball and force their way into Saturday’s play-off final of the Caribbean T20.

In pursuit of what should have been a simple target of 118, Guyana started well but lost their way despite a top score of 39 from opener Derwin Christian, and were left needing 12 runs from the last over at the Beausejour Cricket Stadium here late Friday night.
