Johannesburg, South Africa – Cricket South Africa (CSA) on Tuesday expressed its deep shock and sadness at the sudden passing of West Indies international cricketer, Runako Morton, as the result of a motor car accident.
Morton is well remembered in South Africa, having been part of the West Indies team that toured this country in 2007/08. He played in both the Test match series as well as the ODIs.
“We have been shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Runako Morton at the tragically young age of 33,” commented CSA Acting President AK Khan.
