Change to Super50 schedule

St John’s, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board today announced a change in the Regional Super50 schedule.

The three Round 4 matches which were scheduled to be played on Tuesday March 12, have been brought forward to Monday March 11.

GCB given deadline to show ability

St John’s, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board has announced that it had given the Guyana Cricket Board a deadline of March 7th 2013 to advise on its ability to host the West Indies v Pakistan First Test slated for July.

The GCB had been advised of the deadline on February 16th last.

Condolences to family of Sam Guillen

Gros Islet, St Lucia – President Dr. Julian Hunte has sent condolences on behalf of the West Indies Cricket Board to the family of former Test player Simpson ‘Sam’ Guillen who passed last Friday in New Zealand.

Dr Hunte gets LICA support

St. John’s Antigua - Members of Leeward Islands Cricket Association (LICA) have voted, in majority, to support sitting president Dr Julian Hunte, in next month’s general elections slated for March 27.

Windies salute Sir Everton 88th birthday

St George’s, Grenada – The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) and the West Indies Cricket Team have extended heartiest birthday greetings to West Indies legend Sir Everton who celebrates his 88th birthday on Tuesday.
