St Elizabeth, Jamaica - Trinidad and Tobago will be looking to move up the Under-19 Three-day Championship table when whey face arch rivals Barbados in round three of the competition at Warner Park, St Kitts bowling off today.

T&T, led by a century from Jeremy Solozano and five wickets hauls by off-spinner Bryan Charles and leg spinner Jesse Bootan, defeated Guyana in their previous match to revive their campaign after losing first innings points to Jamaica in their drawn encounter in the opening round.

The Bajans got off to a good start, defeating Guyana in their opener before losing to the Leeward Islands in the final hour of their round two match.

Having underestimated the Leewards, Barbados will need a win in round three to keep alive their chances of retaining the three-day crown.

T&T are currently in fourth place with 16.1 points, win one win and one draw while their opponents, Barbados, are in second place with 18.7 points with one win and one loss. 

Even after losing outright to the Leewards, Barbados still got some points from the encounter, having taken a first innings lead.

In other matches starting today, the Leewards, who are in third place with 18.1 points, will continue their push for their first three-day title in over ten years when they tackle leaders Jamaica (19.3 points) at Molineaux, while the Windward Islands take on Guyana at Conaree.

All matches bowl off at 10 a.m. on each day.
