Sea of red expected to descend on Oval

Port of Spain, Trinidad - The Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board (TTCB) has designated tomorrow February 15 as RED DAY.

This is a show of support to the Red Force which takes on arch rivals Barbados at the Queens Park Oval from 2pm in the inaugural Nagico Super 50 Final.

Fans across the twin island republic are asked to wear red as the Dwayne Bravo led T&T RED FORCE team bids for another regional title.

President of the TTCB, Azim Bassarath in making this clarion call to all nationals says, "The Red Force has been the dominant cricket team in the T20 format but tomorrow's final is a chance for us to start a new streak of domination in the 50 overs with a victory in the Nagico Super 50 final. We asking all of TT to wear red in support whether at the game, home or in the office."

The match is expected to be very competitive making the support of the home fans crucial as the Red Force seeks to turn back the Bajan challenge.
