WICB thanks Dr Hilaire for service

St John’s, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board at a meeting of the Board of Directors at the weekend formally thanked the departing Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ernest Hilaire for his service to West Indies cricket.

Dr. Hilaire, after serving the full term of his thee year contract, is preparing to demit office at the end of September.

Brathwaite wants winning attitude

The Sagicor HPC captain hailed the month-long tour of Bangladesh, which will feature a pair of four-day matches, as well as three One-day and two Twenty20 matches between September 16 and October 5.

“This is a developmental team and the prime objective of the tour is to show improvement,” said Brathwaite prior to the team’s departure on Monday.
