Bravo still missing from T&T squad

PORT OF SPAIN, TRINIDAD - Trinidad and Tobago have named an unchanged squad for their Regional Super50 final-round clash against Barbados at Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain from 9.30 a.m. tomorrow, meaning that West Indies middle-order batsman Darren Bravo will again be on the sidelines.

Leewards-Windwards now day game

St John’s, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board announced a change to the upcoming round of matches in the WICB Regional Super 50 tournament.

The match between Leeward Islands and Windward Islands at Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Ground on Sunday, April 7 will now be a day game.

Leewards nip Barbados for first win

BASSETERRE, St Kitts – Leeward Islands snatched their first points of the Regional Super50 Championship when they beat Barbados by 22 runs under the Duckworth/Lewis method here Thursday.

Playing at Warner Park, the Leewards restricted Barbados to 164 all out off 46.4 overs, after being asked to bowl first in the rain-marred sixth round encounter.
