Passage United, Carlton Juniors to contest Inspire Sports/NSC Under-13 final

Bridgetown, Barbados - A new champion will be crowned in the sixth annual Inspire Sports/National Sports Council Under-13 competition.

Unlike last week when both semi-finals were completely washed out, the matches were blessed with excellent weather on Sunday.

However, two-time defending champions Dover Juniors were dethroned when they went under by 38 runs to Carlton Juniors at Dover.  In the other match at Passage Road, Fusionz Boutique Passage United crushed CounterPoint Wanderers Juniors ‘A’ by 126 runs.

Passage United, winners of the first three finals, will be appearing in their sixth straight final.  It will be the third final for Carlton Juniors, who previously lost to Passage United.

The final is slated for Sunday, March 30, at the Empire club at Bank Hall.
