MMZ cricketers benefit from former teammate

Georgetown, Guyana - Meten-Meer-Zorg West Cricket Club recently received a donation of cricket equipment from former member Gamal Hamid, who now resides in Toronto, Canada.

The simple presentation took place last Sunday during a cricket match which was played at the club’s home ground. The club received two SF cricket bats, three pairs batting gloves, two pairs batting pads and one gear bag.

Executive Member, Troy Khan, said that the club welcomes the timely donation and promised that the club would account for the gear and make full use of them. He also complimented Hamid for his kind gesture.
