Windies squad for 3rd Digicel Pearls ODIs

St John’s Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board Selection Committee has named the following West Indies 13 man squad to face India in the 3rd Digicel Pearls One Day International match at the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Grounds on Saturday June 11th. Darren Sammy – Captain Carlton Baugh Devendra Bishoo Darren Bravo Kirk Edwards Danza Hyatt Anthony Martin Kieron Pollard Kemar Roach Andre Russell Marlon Samuels Ramnaresh Sarwan Lendl Simmons Selection notes: 1. Dwayne Bravo made a request of the Selection Committee to be given a break from the game and the request was granted.

Eager Thomas goes 'back to basics' at Sagicor HPC

Bridgetown, Barbados – Wicket-keeper Devon Thomas is on a mission. The 21-year-old is looking to rebuild his game and his main aim is to make a return to the West Indies team. He recently checked into the Sagicor High Performance Centre at the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies to start the second semester of his one year stint. He will be using the three month period to improve his game and enhance his skills in case the selectors call on him again.

Scotiabank Kiddy Cricketers ready for Warner Park performance

Bassettere, St. Kitts– As the West Indies and Pakistan teams do battle in the Second Digicel Series Test, dozens of primary school cricketers from St. Kitts and Nevis are getting ready for their big debut at Warner Park.

Over 140 primary school children will take centre stage at Warner Park as part of the Scotiabank Kiddy Cricket Programme for the energetic International Interval Display.
