Chandrika recalled as Christian axed

GEORGETOWN, GUYANA - Guyana Cricket Board’s (GCB) Senior selection panel led by its Chairman Rayon Griffith yesterday selected and released the team which will take on the Combined Campuses and Colleges (CCC) in the sixth round of this year’s West Indies Cricket Board-sponsored Regional 4-Day and Super50 tournaments.

PORT OF SPAIN, TRINIDAD - Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago are two of the six teams competing in Round 5 of the Regional Super50 tournament to be particularly strengthened by the return of key players.

St John’s, Antigua – Windward Islands opener Devon Smith has been dominant in the first half of the Regional 4 Day and Super50 tournaments this year.

The 31 year-old Grenadian has captured two 4 Day Man-of-the-Match awards along with one in the Super50 Tournament.
