DCB’s Hand-in-Hand second division competition on hold

GEORGETOWN, GUYANA -The Raj Singh faction of the Demerara Cricket Board (DCB) has been forced to shelf plans for this year’s Hand-in-Hand 40-over second division cricket competition after the company officially requested that all preparations for the tournament be put on hold.

GEORGETOWN, GUYANA - The inaugural Berbice River Bridge first division 50-over knockout cricket competition, organised by the Berbice Cricket Board, will commence on Sunday with six first round matches.

Thirteen teams, including last year’s Ramcharitar champions Universal DVD Young Warriors, are down to participate.
