NORTH SOUND, Antigua – Johnson Charles hit an enterprising, unbeaten 61 to lead Windward Islands to their second victory in the Caribbean Twenty20 tournament with a nine-wicket victory in a low-scoring affair against Canada on Wednesday.

T&T bat first in crucial match

North Sound, Antigua - Trinidad and Tobago won the toss at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium against the Leeward Islands and elected to bat first. The match is crucial for both teams who suffered losses in their opening matches. The reigning champions go into the match as favourites and will be hoping to get their 2012 Caribbean Twenty20 campaign back on track.

Canada open T20 by batting

NORTH SOUND, Antigua - The second slate of matches for three teams begin today but in the first match of the day, Canada will play their first match of the 2012 Caribbean Twenty20 tournament against Windward Islands. The Canadians won the toss and elected to bat first at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.
