Caldrac Club tackle Calcutta Sports in T20 final

Port of Spain, Trinidad - Caldrac Club and Calcutta Sports will meet in the final of the third annual People Empowering People Twenty20 competition at Macaulay Park, California, from 6.30 p.m. today with a first prize of $20,000 up for grabs.

This year's competition, which is sponsored by NGC and SIS, featured 20 teams from the Central and also attracted a couple top players including Red Steel wicket-keeper batsman Nicholas Pooran, PowerGen Penal left-arm spinner Kavesh Kantasingh and Merry Boys pacer Atiba Allert.

The runner-up will get $7,000 while the third place team will walk away with $7,000. The fourth-place team will pocket $4,000. The third-place play-off also takes place today from 3 p.m. at the same venue.
