Brandon Bess makes debut as Windies bat first in 3rd Digicel Test

West Indies captain Chris Gayle won the toss and decided to bat first in the third Digicel Test match against South Africa at Kensington Oval in Barbados on Saturday. Fast bowler Brandon Bess was called up to make his debut after pacer Nelon Pascal suffered a neck injury in the warm-up exercises. Bess, the 22-year-old six-footer from Guyana is a member of the Sagicor West Indies High Performance Centre.
