Leaders Jamaica and Windwards meet in TCL Group Challenge

There will be a top-of-the table clash when Jamaica meet Windward Islands in the fourth round of matches in the West Indies Cricket Boardメs TCL Group Under-19 Challenge three-day tournament, on Tuesday. Both teams won in the third round on Sunday to move to 21 points and this set the stage for an intriguing clash when play starts at 10 am (9 am Jamaica Time) at Beausejour Cricket Stadium.

Leaders Guyana to face Windwards in TCL Group Under-19 on Friday

Tournament-leaders Guyana will meet with the Windward Islands when the third round of matches in the TCL Group Under-19 Challenge three-day tournament bowls off on Friday. The two sides will do battle at Gros Islet at 10 am (9 am Jamaica Time). Guyana lead with 15 points after two rounds, while the Windwards are on nine points from their two matches.

Dominica secure Windwards title with win over St Lucia

Dominica are the winners of the inaugural Windward Islands T20 Tournament after a hard-fought victory over St Lucia in the final round of matches on Sunday. Playing at Arnos Vale in St Vincent, the Dominicans made 135-7 off their 20 overs and then limited the St Lucians to 112-7 off their 20 overs to win by 23 runs.

Some of the best young cricketers in the West Indies will be in action from Thursday when they start the annual TCL Group West Indies Cricket Boards Under-19 Tournament in St Lucia. The month-long tournament will open when the three-day matches bowl off at 10 am (9 am Jamaica Time).

The West Indies Cricket Board today announced the full tournament schedule for the first Caribbean T20 Tournament to be played at Kensington Oval in Barbados and Queens Park Oval in Trinidad. Zone A is made up of Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Leeward Islands, and Canada; while Zone B includes Guyana, Barbados, Windward Islands, and Combined Campuses & Colleges.
