The 2007 West Indies Women's Cricket Championship is being staged in Barbados this summer and the tournament hits the island's pitches on Tuesday, July 31.
Barbados will be joined by five other teams in the tournament - last years hosts St. Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, Jamaica and defending champions St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), taking the competition's participating teams to six.
Games will be contested at 15 venues across the island, with the final set for the 3W's Oval.
In the opening matches on July 31, SVG will meet Grenada at Speightstown, Trinidad and Tobago face Jamaica at Alexandra, and Barbados will face ex-champions St Lucia at North Stars.
