COOLIDGE, Antigua -- Stanford Superstars replying to England's 99 all out in 19.5 overs have gotten off to a flyer, much to the delight of the capacity crowd. Openers Chris Gayle and Andre Fletcher got things going with a bang, forcing the England skipper to ring the changes -- both in the outfield as well as with his bowlers.
